Meet founder and managing director Thomas Frost. Thomas has spent nearly two decades working within the hospitality industry. In that time he has worked in some of London’s finest hotels and private members clubs.
Thomas began his professional career at some of the most distinguished venues in the capital; The Cadogan Hotel in Knightsbridge and the world famous Savoy Hotel. In addition to the aforementioned, Thomas worked with the world renowned Soho House group and Dave Stewart’s H Club. As the most senior and influential member of the management team of Damien Hirst’s harbour side restaurant “The Quay”, Thomas was responsible for the restaurants many awards.
Thomas later went on to create and project manage the food and beverage operation at boutique hotel “The Habit”, who’s fine dining restaurant was awarded multiple AA rosettes and many more industry recognised awards. Thomas also oversaw the development and launch of the dining room and bar of the Michelin starred restaurant “Thomas Carr at The Olive Room”.
